My journey was profoundly shaped by a dear friend in Alabama who taught me to sew and changed my life. With my newfound skills, I started Home Accent Inc. in 2002, crafting custom draperies. Driven by a growing passion for unique, high-end designs, I then launched Designs by Sudi to offer exclusive pillows made from antique textiles. Inspired by old rugs, tapestries, and needlepoints, my creations have always been sold trade-only with no mass production.

Since 2002, Home Accent, Inc. has built lasting relationships with design clients by bringing projects to life through creativity and craftsmanship. We specialize in everything custom, from draperies to Roman shades, cafe curtains, pillows, and more. My goal for the workroom was to embrace flexibility and creativity that large commercial workrooms are often not able to offer. This flexibility is evident in our detail work- pleating to the pattern, intricate shaping, layered trims, & much, much more.
